A Queer + BIPOC Centered Health, Safety & Leadership Event
Hosted by Queerolina’s Nurse Nikki in collaboration with One Day at a Time, EqualityNC, and Carolina Migrant Network, this event is a space for underrepresented communities to gather, learn, and strengthen collective care.
This event was developed by Nurse Nikki as part of her Master’s in Nursing capstone project, focusing on community empowerment and improving healthcare equity for queer and BIPOC individuals.

Created to uplift queer creatives across all forms of performance, The Rainbow Stage is an inclusive, supportive, and community-centered space where expression is celebrated and experimentation is encouraged. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence, storytelling, and showing up as your fullest self.
The Rainbow Stage is proudly hosted by Nebula, who will guide the afternoon with warmth, humor, and care, helping create a welcoming environment for both performers and audience members alike.

This is an open stage, welcoming a wide range of performative arts, including:
