One Day at a Time
Jemm Eubanks (they/she) and Adrian Williams (he/him) are the heart behind One Day at a Time NC, a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to LGBTQIA+ wellness, harm reduction, and recovery in rural North Carolina.
Jemm, a Reverend, Certified Peer Support Specialist, and Guardian ad Litem, founded ODDATNC from a belief that healing begins in community. Their work centers compassion, autonomy, and grace, helping people rediscover themselves one day at a time.

Sienna Lofaro (she/her)
“My grandfather is the reason I picked up a camera. He photographed famous artists, government officials, military leaders, millionaires — and everyday people. Yet in every single image, the person was captured perfectly, as if he knew their entire life story and could share it in a single frame. I wanted to do that too.
So, when I started my own photography journey, I photographed everything: my life, my world— “Sienna’s Lens.” Along the way, people told me I couldn’t photograph graduates, couples, musicians, drag artists, weddings, cars, and everything in between while still capturing each person’s true essence. I was told to ‘pick a lane.’
Well… to those voices: you were wrong.
I did it. I’m still doing it. And that’s exactly how my tagline was born:
‘Through the lens, beyond the ordinary.’
My goal is always to capture the real you. And all of us are extraordinary in our own beautifully… beyond the ordinary way.
Social media shows only one curated angle, one version of a person. But we are all quirky, shy, bold, awkward, hilarious, sensitive, confident, fragile, and strong. I don’t just want to photograph the polished parts—I want to capture the whole human. I want you to look at your photos and say, ‘That’s me.’ Because it truly is.”
Past being an amazing photographer, Sienna is a wonderful, bright person who will do pretty much anything to support others. She is an irreplicable member of our team.
